    A: We recommend placing custom orders at least 5–7 days in advance. For large events, 2–3 weeks is ideal. 

    For rush orders (within 3 business days of scheduled delivery) there is a $20 accommodation fee.

    A: Most items stay fresh at room temperature for 2–3 days. Refrigerate cakes with cream or fruit fillings.

    A: Yes! We offer gift boxes and custom tags for special occasions.

  • Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
    A: Orders canceled 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. After that, partial refunds may apply.
