Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: We recommend placing custom orders at least 5–7 days in advance. For large events, 2–3 weeks is ideal. 

For rush orders (within 3 business days of scheduled delivery) there is a $20 accommodation fee.

Q: Do you make allergy-friendly or vegan treats?
A: Yes! We offer gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan options. Please mention any dietary needs when ordering.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We offer payment through credit/debit cards, PayPal and Zelle!

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, we deliver within a 30-mile radius for an additional fee.

A: Most items stay fresh at room temperature for 2–3 days. Refrigerate cakes with cream or fruit fillings.

A: Yes! We offer gift boxes and custom tags for special occasions.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Orders canceled 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. After that, partial refunds may apply.
